With a biblical, magisterial and theological approach, we will expound how Marriage is naturally rooted in the Holy Trinity who is Love, fruitfulness and communion. We will learn the major elements of the “Theology of the Body” from Saint John Paul II. We will study God’s redeeming plan through the Sacrament of Marriage and gaze upon Jesus Christ, the Bridegroom of the Church. We will contemplate the children as the precious gift of Marriage and consider the Family as a “Domestic Church” (Lumen Gentium # 11), epiphany of the communion between the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. We would give the recent developments of the Church on the topic and be open to questions after each talk.
Do not hesitate to forward this invitation to other persons who might be interested.
For those who cannot attend the meetings, the talks will be uploaded on our website library: https://www.brothersofsaintjohnprinceville.org/library.
We hope that this series will renew our faith, hope and love for the sacrament of Marriage and the Family.
